Our discovery calls and follow-up calls are recorded and transcribed using Fathom.ai. By booking a call with R3VUP, you consent to the recording and transcription of that call. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to analyze your business workflows and produce your assessment report. They are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
R3VUP (a service of JJJ Consults LLC) sends text messages only to people who opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on r3vup.com and selecting one or both consent checkboxes: one for customer care messages (responses to your inquiries, appointment coordination, and follow-up) and one for promotional messages (offers, announcements, and events). Each consent is separate and independent; you may opt into either, both, or neither.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. Your messaging information is used only to communicate with you as described above. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our tools and service providers (GoHighLevel, Fathom.ai, Stripe) maintain their own security standards. Payment data is processed entirely through Stripe and is not stored on our systems.

We may share information with service providers who help us deliver our services (booking, payment processing, call recording), but only to the extent necessary to operate those services.
