By accessing r3vup.com or purchasing any service from R3VUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
R3VUP offers a productized AI Assessment service that includes:
The session may be conducted via a scheduled video call or an AI-assisted intake interview, at the client's option. Both methods are designed to gather the same information and result in the same deliverable.
The assessment is scoped for a single business owner or operator. Engagements requiring multiple stakeholders or team-wide analysis are subject to separate pricing and a custom agreement.
Additional services, including automation builds, CRM setup, and ongoing consulting, may be offered separately and are subject to their own agreements.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase our services. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet these requirements.

By booking a service or providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from R3VUP via email and SMS. These may include booking confirmations, reminders, and report delivery. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP at any time. Email opt-out instructions are included in every email we send.
All discovery calls and follow-up calls are recorded and transcribed via Fathom.ai. By scheduling a call with R3VUP, you consent to this recording and transcription. Call content is used to produce your assessment report and improve our service delivery. Recordings are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Transcripts may be analyzed using AI tools including Claude (Anthropic) to generate your personalized recommendations.
The AI Assessment is provided free of charge. Any build, implementation, or ongoing services you engage R3VUP for after the assessment are scoped and quoted separately, and those fees are agreed in writing before work begins. All prices are in USD and processed securely through Stripe. R3VUP reserves the right to update pricing at any time, and changes will not affect services already paid for.
All sales are final. The AI Assessment is provided free of charge, so no payment is collected for it. Fees for any build, implementation, or ongoing services are non-refundable once work has begun.
All content on r3vup.com, including text, branding, design, and methodology, is the property of R3VUP and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Your assessment report is created for your personal business use. You may not resell, publish, or distribute your report without prior written consent from R3VUP.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. R3VUP does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results from implementing the recommendations in your assessment report. Results will vary based on individual circumstances and implementation effort.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R3VUP's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. R3VUP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R3VUP and its principals from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
R3VUP reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at our sole discretion. If we cancel a service you have paid for without cause, we will issue a full refund. We may terminate access or refuse future services to clients who violate these terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@r3vup.com and work with us in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or by video or telephone at your option. Your share of the arbitration filing and administrative fees is capped at $200, and R3VUP will pay the remainder to the extent required by the AAA Consumer Rules.
Class action waiver. You and R3VUP agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@r3vup.com with your name and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court.
R3VUP may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
